About Tunbridge Wills
Andrew MacLaren has been in the financial and business world for over 30 years and during this time has worked in London, New York and Hong Kong. He established Andrew MacLaren Consultancy in 1997 which since then has undertaken a number of operational and advisory roles. The Will Writing business was established in 2003 and offers a personal service in West Kent, East Sussex and Greater London.
Advice is given on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning questions. He works regularly with Independent Financial Advisers who are able to advise on the investment of clients’ assets.
Andrew MacLaren Consultancy is a member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners and is regulated by the Society’s Code of Professional Conduct, which, inter alia, requires members to maintain professional indemnity insurance cover and regularly to attend continuing education courses in order to keep up to date with developments in inheritance tax and probate practice.
